NCERT is hiring across 53 departments (Mathematics, Psychology, Science, Vocational Education, etc.) for the following roles:

• Professor

• Associate Professor

• Assistant Professor

• Deputy Librarian

• Assistant Librarian

💰 Salary Structure (Entry Pay)

• Professor: ₹1,44,200 per month (Academic Level 14)

• Associate Professor / Deputy Librarian: ₹1,31,400 per month (Academic Level 13A)

• Assistant Professor / Assistant Librarian: ₹57,700 per month (Academic Level 10)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Professor: Ph.D. in relevant discipline + 10 years of teaching/research experience + minimum 10 research publications.

• Associate Professor: Ph.D. + Master’s Degree (55%) + 8 years of experience + minimum 7 research publications.

• Assistant Professor: Master’s Degree (55%) + NET/SLET/SET qualification (Ph.D. holders may be exempted as per UGC norms).

• Librarian Posts: Master’s in Library Science/Information Science (55%) + relevant experience/NET as applicable.
