- Attach the required documents and upload the recent passport size photograph.
- Download and take a printout of the application form for future reference.
- Full Specimen Signature of the Applicant scanned in “jpg/jpeg/png” format between the ranges of 20Kbs and 50Kbs is needed
- Copy of recent passport size coloured photograph scanned in “jpg/jpeg/png” format between the ranges of 20Kbs and 100Kbs
