The Odisha State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation Ltd. (OMFED) has released an advertisement inviting applications from dynamic and experienced professionals for various contractual positions including General Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager, and Junior Assistant.

OMFED Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification & Experience

• General Manager (Marketing): B.Tech/BE/Degree + MBA in Marketing/PGDRM. Minimum 5-10 years of experience (3 years in managerial position).

• General Manager (Finance): Degree with CA/ICWA (CMA). Minimum 5-10 years experience.

• Dy. General Manager (Dairy Operation): B.Tech (Dairy/Food Tech) + MBA (Production/Ops). 5-10 years experience.

• Manager (HR): Graduate + PG Diploma/Degree in HR/Personnel Management/MBA (HR). Degree in Law is an added advantage. Relevant experience required.

• Dy. Manager (Cattle Feed Plant): B.Tech/BE (Mech/Elect/Inst) or PG in relevant field + MBA (Ops). 3-7 years experience.

• Dy. Manager (Quality Control): Graduate/PG in Dairy/Food Tech/Microbiology. Minimum 5 years experience.

• Junior Assistant (Laboratory): Graduate/PG in Dairy Tech/Food Tech/Chemistry/Microbiology. Minimum 2 years experience.

• Junior Assistant (P&I): Bachelor’s Degree (+3 Arts/Science/Commerce). Must have computer proficiency.

2. Age Limit (As on 31.12.2025)

• GM / DGM / Dy. Manager: Maximum 55 Years

• Junior Assistant: Maximum 30 Years

Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

1. Shortlisting: Based on career rating and past performance.

2. Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted will be called for an interview by the Selection Committee.
