OAV Badadalima Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria & Salary Details

1. Warden

• Educational Qualification: B.A. / B.Sc. from a recognized university.

• Experience: At least two years in hostel management.

• Age Limit: 30 to 60 years as on the date of advertisement.

• Gender: Only Male candidates.

• Remuneration: Rs. 21,175/- per month.

2. Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper

• Educational Qualification: Must have passed HSC Examination (10th) from a recognized board.

• Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on the date of advertisement.

• Gender: Only Male candidates.

• Remuneration: Rs. 7,500/- per month.

3. Head Cook

• Skills: Must be well conversant in using LPG, hygienic, and able to cook delicious dishes. Preference given to individuals trained in cookery.

• Age Limit: 30 to 40 years as on the date of advertisement.

• Gender: Only Male candidates.

• Remuneration: Rs. 9,000/- per month.

4. Assistant Cook

• Skills: Must be well conversant in using LPG, hygienic, and able to cook dishes on time. Preference given to individuals trained in cookery.

• Age Limit: 21 to 32 years as on the date of advertisement.

• Gender: Only Male candidates.

• Remuneration: Rs. 6,750/- per month.

Selection Process & General Conditions

• District Restriction: No candidates from outside the Mayurbhanj district should be recruited.

• Preference: Preference will be given to local candidates from the block area. If unavailable, candidates from adjacent blocks or the district will be considered.

• Duration: The engagement is for one year, renewable based on satisfactory performance.
