Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- General: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university and have computer knowledge (Internet, Email, Word Processing, Data Analysis, and Presentation)
- Specific Requirement for Auditors: For the post of Common Cadre Auditor, Auditor under State Transport Authority, and Auditor under Director of Industries, candidates must possess a PGDCA from a recognized institute
- Language: The candidate must be able to read, write, and speak Odia fluently and must have passed Middle School/HSC or equivalent with Odia as a subject/medium
2. Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
- Relaxation:
- 5 years for SEBC, SC, ST, and Women candidates
- 10 years for PwD candidates

Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of three stages
Stage I: Preliminary Examination (150 Marks) – Covers Arithmetic, Data Interpretation, Reasoning, Current Events, and Computer Awareness
Stage II: Main Written Examination –
Paper-I: Language (Odia and English)
Paper-II: General Studies
Mathematics Test: Only for Auditor posts
Computer Skill Test: Qualifying nature for specific posts (Auditor, Inspector of Supplies, Junior Assistant, etc.).
Stage III: Certificate Verification
Application Fee
- General / SEBC Candidates: 500/-
- SC / ST / PwD Candidates: Exempted from fees
- Refund Policy: The examination fee will be refunded to candidates who actually appear for the examination
