IIT Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2025 – Apply Offline for 22 Posts 

Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar (IIT Bhubaneswar) has invited applications from eligible regular employees of the Institute for 22 Non-Teaching posts of Technical Superintendent and Junior Superintendent through Limited Departmental Examination (LDE). The last date for submission of application to the Recruitment Section is 15-12-2025.

​IIT Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2025 Overview

• Only regular employees of IIT Bhubaneswar eligible as per Recruitment & Promotion Policy (RPP-2021).

• Must satisfy minimum essential qualification, required experience in feeder post, and residency period as per RPP-2021.

• Eligibility and experience are calculated as on 01 July 2025.

• No specific external age limits; criteria governed internally by RPP-2021.​

Pay Level

• Technical Superintendent: Pay Level-8 as per 7th CPC.

• Junior Superintendent: Pay Level-6 as per 7th CPC.​

Selection Process

• Selection through Limited Departmental Examination (LDE) as per RPP-2021.

• Stages include:

  • Written Test (MCQ + Descriptive).

  • Skill Test / Job Proficiency Test (qualifying in nature).

• Employees under any penalty are not eligible to apply.​
