Vacancy Details

  • Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be domiciled in the district of the notified branch/office or within 20 km of it.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification (As on 01.12.2025)

  • Essential:

    • Passed 10th Standard or equivalent.

    • Must NOT have passed Graduation.

  • Technical Skill: Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office with at least a one-month basic training certificate (to be produced before the interview).

  • Desirable: Valid Driving License.

2. Age Limit (As on 01.12.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years

  • Maximum Age: 20 Years

  • Birth Date Range: Born between 01.12.2005 and 01.12.2007 (both dates inclusive).

  • Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates and eligible temporary employees of Federal Bank.

Salary & Benefits

  • Pay Scale: ₹19,500 – ₹37,815 (plus 11 stagnation increments).

  • Benefits: National Pension Scheme (NPS), Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Concessional Loans, and other allowances as per bank rules.

Selection Process

The selection process involves two main stages:

  1. Centre Based Online Aptitude Test:

    • Pattern: Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions).

    • Sections:

      • Computer Knowledge (15 Qs, 15 Marks)

      • English (15 Qs, 15 Marks)

      • Logical Reasoning (15 Qs, 15 Marks)

      • Mathematics (15 Qs, 15 Marks)

    • Total: 60 Questions, 60 Marks, 60 Minutes.

    • Note: No negative marking.

  2. Personal Interview: For shortlisted candidates.

  3. Document Verification & Medical Fitness: Final stage before onboarding.
