Eligibility criteria

• Educational: Matriculation or equivalent from recognized board (only Matric certificate accepted for age proof).​

• Sports qualification: Participation/medals in International/National events (15/01/2024–15/01/2026) as per IOA/MOYAS-recognized federations; minimum 12 marks required (all categories) based on achievement level (e.g., Gold/Silver/Bronze/Participation priority).​

  • Priority: International > National Games > Senior Nationals; main playing member for team events.​

Selection process

1. Application scrutiny: Minimum 12 sports marks for admit card eligibility.​

2. Documentation: Original verification (age, education, sports certificates, biometric capture).​

3. Physical Standard Test (PST): Height (Male: 170 cm, Female: 157 cm with relaxations), chest (Male: 80 cm +5 cm expansion), proportionate weight.​

4. Merit list: Based on sports marks (tie-breaker: higher achievement → younger age → alphabetical).​

5. Detailed Medical Exam (DME) + Review Medical Exam (RME, if appealed).​
