Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 57 Assistant Professor / Equivalent posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply offline through the official OUAT website. The last date to submit the application form is 20-12-2025. • Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor’s degree in the concerned subject/discipline with at least 55% marks / equivalent OGPA.

• Minimum 2nd Class Master’s degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks / equivalent OGPA.

• Must have cleared NET with one NAAS rated journal publication.

• Ph.D. degree in related subject as prescribed by UGC/ICAR regulations.

• Exemption from NET for Ph.D. holders (conditions as per UGC regulation).

• 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwD in Master’s marks (from 55% to 50%).

• NET/SLET/SET must be cleared by relevant authority.

• Desirable: Ph.D. in concerned subject.

Salary/Stipend

• Pay Scale: Cell-1, Level-10 as per 7th Pay Commission.

• Basic Pay: ₹57,700/-

• Allowances: DA and other admissible allowances.

Age Limit (as on 20-12-2025)

• Maximum Age: 42 years (as on the last date).

• No upper age limit for regular employees of OUAT.
