Vacancy & Educational Qualification

OMC Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 50 Years

• Maximum Age: 57 Years

2. Experience Required

• General Experience: A proven track record of at least 25 (Twenty-Five) years of post-qualification experience in relevant functional areas.

• For Govt/PSU Candidates: Must have 3 years of experience at the level of two positions below the Board of Directors level.

• For Private Sector Candidates:

  • Must be working in a company with an annual turnover of Rs. 500 Crores or more.

  • Must be working in a listed company.

  • Must be holding a Board level position or at least two positions below the Board level (e.g., Vice President level).

Salary & Remuneration

• Pay Scale: Rs. 1,35,100 – 2,16,800/- (ORSP Rules, 2017).

• Allowances: HRA, Medical Allowance, Perks, etc., at par with an Officer of OMC in CGM (E-8) rank.

• Pay Protection: Allowed for candidates from Central/State Govt. or PSUs.

Tenure

The appointment is on a contract basis for a period of 05 (five) years or up to the age of superannuation (60 years), whichever is earlier.
