Educational Qualification

• Degree: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology.

• Minimum Marks:

  • 65% for UR / EWS / OBC (NCL).

  • 55% for SC / ST / PwBD.

• Eligible Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or equivalent (e.g., Power Engineering, Applied Chemistry for Chemical).

• Final Year Students: Can apply but must pass with requisite marks before the personal interview.

GATE-2025 Qualification

• Candidates must have appeared for and qualified in GATE-2025 in the relevant discipline (ME, EE, CH).

• Only GATE-2025 scores are valid for this recruitment.

Age Limit (as on 22/01/2026)

• Maximum Age: 30 Years

• Relaxations:

  • SC/ST: +5 Years

  • OBC (NCL): +3 Years

  • PwBD: +10 to +15 Years (depending on category)

Salary & Benefits

• Training Period (1 Year):

  • Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000

  • Starting Basic Pay: ₹40,000

• After Absorption (Assistant Manager – E1 Grade):

  • Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000

• Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA/Accommodation, Medical facilities, Performance Related Pay (PRP), and other benefits as per company rules.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a two-stage process:

1. Shortlisting: Based on GATE-2025 scores (90% weightage). Candidates will be called for the interview in a 1:10 ratio (discipline/category wise).

2. Personal Interview: 10% weightage.

3. Final Merit List: Combined score of GATE-2025 (90%) + Personal Interview (10%).
