🎓 Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (as on January 1, 2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
- Age relaxations apply for SC, ST, SEBC, Women, and PwD candidates as per government guidelines.
2. Educational Qualifications & Experience (Level-Wise Highlights)
- State / District Level Posts (Managers / Executives): Post-Graduate Degree / Master’s Degree in relevant fields (Arts, Science, Commerce, MBA, MSW, Rural Development, Agriculture, IT, MCA, etc.) from a recognized University with required professional experience (typically 3 to 5+ years).
- Block Level Posts (Block Manager / BMM): Post-Graduate Degree or Master’s Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, MBA, MSW, or Rural Development with relevant work experience.
- Accountant cum MIS Assistant / Block Accountant: B.Com with PGDCA, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or equivalent technical qualification, along with relevant work experience.
- Program Assistant: Graduation with PGDCA or equivalent from a recognized University, plus relevant work experience.
