🎓 Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational & Language Qualifications
Must have passed at least Class VIII (8th Standard) examination from a recognized educational institution.
Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia, with elementary knowledge of English.
2. Age Limit (as of November 4, 2026)
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 42 Years
3. Additional Conditions
Must be a citizen of India with sound health, good physique, and free from any bodily infirmity.
Must have a clean background with no past criminal antecedents.
Married candidates must not have more than one spouse living.
Preference: Candidates having proficiency/knowledge in cooking, driving, house chores, electric work, or plumbing (unskilled) will be given preference based on overall merit.

Visit the official Balangir District Court website at balangir.dcourts.gov.in to download Advertisement No. 04 of 2026 and the prescribed application form (Annexure-A).
Fill out the application form completely in your own handwriting using block letters.
Affix a recent self-attested passport-size color photograph in the designated space.
Attach self-attested photocopies of required documents:
Educational certificates and mark sheets (Class 8th pass certificate)
Government-issued identity proof (Voter ID / Aadhaar Card)
Two character certificates issued by Gazetted Officers
Two recent passport-size color photographs
Two self-addressed envelopes affixed with postal stamps worth ₹30/- each
Required written undertakings (declaring no criminal cases/antecedents and that no claim for regular appointment will be made).
