Post-Wise Details, Eligibility & Remuneration
1. Site Manager (Deomali Eco-Tourism Destination)
- Vacancies: 01 Post
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in Tourism, Travel, Hotel, or Hospitality Management with good communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel, travel, hospitality, or tourism sector. (Preference may be given to local unemployed youth of Koraput district).
- Age Limit: Must be less than 45 years on the date of joining.
- Remuneration & Benefits: Rs. 35,000/- per month plus performance-based incentives linked to quality improvement and guest satisfaction. EPF benefits and fuel allowances for official travel are provided as per rules.
2. Wildlife Biologist (Koraput Forest Division)
- Vacancies: 01 Post
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Zoology, Wildlife Biology, Life Sciences, Animal Biotechnology, Microbiology, Forestry, Biodiversity Conservation, or Veterinary Science.
- Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in wildlife management will be preferred. (Preference may also be given to local unemployed youth of Koraput district).
- Age Limit: Must be less than 40 years on the date of joining.
- Remuneration & Benefits: Rs. 35,000/- per month plus performance-based incentives, EPF benefits, and official travel fuel allowances.
Selection Process & Guidelines
- Email Submission: Candidates must first submit a duly filled Bio-Data Form along with scanned copies of all supporting educational and professional testimonials to the official email address dfo.koraput@odisha.gov.in on or before 09.11.2026 (5:00 PM).
- Document Verification: Candidates must appear in person for the Walk-in-Interview carrying original documents/testimonies and their filled Bio-Data form. Document verification will be conducted prior to the interview session.
- Interview: Eligible candidates will face an interview conducted by the Divisional Level Committee under the Chairmanship of the Divisional Forest Officer, Koraput. Final selection is based on interview performance, graduation marks, and past experience.
