💰 Emoluments & Pay Scale
- Initial Temporary Period (1 Year): Consolidated stipend of ₹24,000 per month.
- Post Regularisation: Pay scale of ₹29,500 – ₹65,000 per month plus applicable allowances as per company rules.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Mandatory Qualifications: Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) + National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI) + National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade.
- Minimum Marks Requirement:
- General / OBC: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in both NTC/ITI and NAC.
- SC / ST: Minimum 55% aggregate marks in both NTC/ITI and NAC.
Age Limit (as of 01.10.2026)
- General / EWS: Maximum 27 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Maximum 30 years
- SC / ST: Maximum 32 years
- Work Experience Relaxation: Up to 7 years maximum age relaxation (minimum 6 months relevant work experience).
- PwBD Candidates: 10 to 15 years relaxation based on category.
