💰 Salary and Remuneration
Selected candidates receive consolidated or structured basic pay with allowances as per ESIC Headquarters guidelines:
- Professor: Fixed basic pay / Consolidated structure up to ₹2,60,972/- per month.
- Associate Professor: Up to ₹1,67,056/- per month.
- Assistant Professor & Senior Resident: Up to ₹1,43,524/- per month (inclusive of applicable DA, HRA, and NPA as per rules).
