1. Educational & Technical Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in India.
Computer & Typing Skills:
Knowledge of computer operation.
English Typing Speed on Computer: Minimum 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) .
2. Age Limit (as on 01-09-2026)
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 30 years (Candidates born between 02-09-1996 and 01-09-2008)
Upper Age Relaxations:
SC / ST Candidates: 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 years
Dependents of Freedom Fighters: Up to 5 years
Ex-Servicemen & PwBD: As per Government of India rules
Supreme Court Departmental Candidates: No upper age limit
Selection Process
Selection for the post of Junior Court Assistant consists of four mandatory stages:

SC Officers & Servants Rules, 1961: 10 questions
Computer Knowledge: 15 questions
Negative Marking: Deduction of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer in the Objective Test.
Typing Test Rules: Permissible mistake limit is 3% of total words typed .
Shortlisting Ratios: 1:10 ratio for Typing/Descriptive Test based on Objective Test merit; 1:3 ratio for Interview.

Select city preferences for the Objective Test center.

Pay the prescribed application fee online using the UCO Bank portal.
Submit the form before 28 October 2026 (11:55 PM) and save a copy of the application summary and registration number for future reference.
