💰 Salary & Pay Scale
- Manager (Security) – MMGS-III Grade: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,820 per month
- Deputy Manager (Security) – MMGS-II Grade: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 per month
- Note: Selected candidates will also receive DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund (NPS), LFC, medical facilities, and other perquisites as per bank rules.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
2. Experience & Service Requirements (Ex-Service Officers)
- Manager (Security): Must have served as a Major or equivalent rank in the Army, or equivalent in the Navy/Air Force, with a minimum of 10 years of commissioned service; OR Deputy Commandant or above in Paramilitary forces.
- Deputy Manager (Security): Must have served as a Captain or equivalent rank in the Army, or equivalent in the Navy/Air Force, with a minimum of 5 years of commissioned service; OR Assistant Commandant or above in Paramilitary forces.
- Medical Standard: Candidates must possess SHAPE-1 or equivalent medical fitness.
3. Age Limit (as on October 31, 2026)
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Upper-age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines.
