NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), has officially published two recruitment notifications. Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for 6 posts on a Project Based Contract Staff (PBCS) basis across two key Government of India initiatives:

6–10 years in Agriculture or allied fields

Min. 5 years in Govt procurement, GeM & CPP portal handling, tendering, & contract management
Finance & Accounts Expert
CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Min. 5 years in Govt procurement, invoice verification, bill processing, & Govt accounting
Senior Consultant
MBA / PGDM or equivalent from a recognized institution
Min. 5 years in Project Management / Logistics; experience in Agri sector & Govt scheme monitoring preferred
Junior Consultant
MBA / PGDM or equivalent from a recognized institution
Min. 2 years relevant experience, preferably in a Govt PMU, Agri/allied logistics, or IT tools
Remuneration & Contract Tenure
Professional Fees (Salary): NABCONS has not fixed a strict pay scale. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated professional fee aligned with their qualifications, prior experience, and last drawn remuneration. Deductions for TDS apply as per Income Tax laws.
Tenure – Pulses Mission PMU: Initial engagement of 11 months, extendable based on performance/requirement or co-terminus with the project.
Tenure – DAHD PMU: Contract period valid up to June 15, 2027, extendable based on project scope and performance.
Selection Process
Shortlisting: Candidates will be screened based on their qualifications, relevant experience, and overall background.
Skill Assessment / Interview: Shortlisted applicants may be evaluated on MS Office/data management proficiency, followed by an interview (held in-person or virtually).
Document Verification: Self-attested certificates must be submitted during the interview phase, alongside originals for physical verification.
Medical Fitness: Final appointment relies on clearing the prescribed medical fitness check upon reporting to the work location.
