AEES Teaching Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 254 PGT, TGT, PRT & Other Posts
Atomic Energy Education Society (AEES), an autonomous body under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has published an official recruitment notification (Advt No. 01/2026) inviting online applications for 254 teaching and non-teaching posts. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Principal / Vice-Principal: Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks, B.Ed degree, and relevant administrative/teaching experience.
- PGT: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed degree.
- TGT: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 50% marks, B.Ed degree, and CTET Paper-II qualification.
- Primary Teacher (PRT): Senior Secondary (12th) with 50% marks, Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or B.El.Ed, and CTET Paper-I qualification.
- PRT (Music): Bachelor’s degree in Music or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Librarian: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science / Library & Information Science with 50% marks and knowledge of computer applications.
Age Limit & Relaxation (as on closing date)
- Principal: 35 to 50 Years
- Vice-Principal: 35 to 45 Years
- PGT: Maximum 40 Years
- TGT & Librarian: Maximum 35 Years
- PRT, PRT Music & Balvatika Teacher: Maximum 30 Years
Note: Up to 10 years of upper age relaxation is applicable for female candidates applying for PGT, TGT, PRT, Librarian, and Balvatika posts. Category-wise age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC and Govt. employees as per Government rules.
Selection Process
The candidates will be selected through a multi-stage evaluation:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) testing post-specific knowledge and teaching aptitude.
- Interview / Skill Test:
- Interview: Applicable for Principal and Vice-Principal posts.
- Skill Test: Applicable for PGT, TGT, PRT, PRT Music, Balvatika, and Librarian posts.
- Document Verification: Verification of educational qualification, experience certificates, and caste/category credentials.
- Medical Examination: Final medical fitness assessment prior to appointment.
