Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

1. Assistant Professor

• Educational Qualification:
  • Master’s Degree in the concerned/relevant subject from a recognized university with at least 55% marks (or equivalent OGPA).
  • Must have cleared the NET (National Eligibility Test) or possess a Ph.D. degree as per UGC/OUAT regulations.

2. Associate Professor

• Educational Qualification:
  • Good academic record with a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks.
  • A Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience of teaching/research/extension education in an academic/research position.

Age Limit (As on Last Date of Application)

• Maximum Age Limit: 42 Years for general category candidates.
• Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC, ST, SEBC, Women, and PwD) as per Odisha Government norms.

Application Fee

• Assistant Professor Posts: ₹700/-
• Associate Professor Posts: ₹1,000/-
• The fee must be paid through the designated mode specified in the official notification, and the original fee deposit counterfoil/receipt must be enclosed with the application.
