💰 Salary Structure
- Research Associate: ₹47,000/- per month
- Research Assistant: ₹37,000/- per month
- Research-cum-Academic Coordinator: ₹37,000/- per month
- Field Investigator: ₹20,000/- per month
🎓 Educational Qualifications & Eligibility
- Research Associate (Public Policy / Physics / etc.): Postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks, along with NET/Ph.D. and at least 2 years of research experience.
- Research Assistant: Postgraduate degree in relevant fields (Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, Physics, Management, etc.) with a minimum of 55% marks. Preference is given to candidates with NET/Ph.D.
- Field Investigator: Graduate degree in Social Science/Humanities/Management with a minimum of 55% marks (preference given to 4-year graduation programs or postgraduate holders).
- Research-cum-Academic Coordinator (R&D Cell): Master’s degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks and experience in project coordination, documentation, computer skills, and digital data management.

- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
- Age relaxation applies as per government rules (3 years for OBC, 5 years for ST/SC, 10 years for PwBD, etc.).
