Selection Process
The recruitment will be strictly based on career marking and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with children in need of care and protection, or children in conflict with the law.
Weightage Criteria (Out of 100 Marks):
- Secondary: 10 Marks
- Higher Secondary: 15 Marks
- Graduation: 25 Marks
- Post Graduation: 30 Marks
- Professional Course/Training (related to child rights)/MPhil/PhD: 10 Marks
- Work Experience: 10 Marks
Note: In case of a tie in marks, the candidate with more experience in child rights will be given preference.
