Detailed Eligibility Criteria

1. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Anatomy & General Medicine)

  • Anatomy (Age Limit: 40 yrs for UR/EWS, 45 yrs for SC):
    • Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Anatomy (MD/MS/DNB Anatomy, or MBBS with MSc/PhD Medical Anatomy).
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident, Tutor, Demonstrator, Registrar, or Lecturer/Assistant Professor after PG.
  • General Medicine (Age Limit: 40 yrs for UR/EWS, 43 yrs for OBC, 45 yrs for SC/ST):
    • Educational Qualification: MBBS + Post-Graduate degree (MD/DNB General Medicine).
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident, Tutor, Demonstrator, Registrar, or Lecturer/Assistant Professor after PG.

2. Assistant Editor (Indian Bureau of Mines)

  • Age Limit: 30 years for UR, 35 years for SC.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Mass Communication OR Bachelor’s degree with Economics/Statistics/English plus a 1-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication.
  • Experience: 3 years’ experience in editing and publishing in a recognized publishing house, news agency, or government department.

3. Specialist Grade II (Junior Scale) – Anaesthesiology & Paediatrics (NDMC)

  • Age Limit: 50 years (ST) for Anaesthesiology; 45 years (EWS) for Paediatrics.
  • Educational Qualification: Recognized Medical qualification (MBBS equivalent) + PG Degree/Diploma in the relevant specialty (Anaesthesiology/Paediatrics).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience post-PG Degree, or 5 years’ post-PG Diploma.

4. Assistant Public Prosecutor (Govt. of NCT of Delhi)

  • Age Limit: 35 years for UR/EWS, 38 years for OBC, 40 years for SC/ST.
  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ active practice at the Bar.

5. Public Law Officer / Law Officer (UT of Ladakh)

  • Age Limit: 40 years (ST).
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (Professional or Integrated).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years’ actual practice at the Bar (certified by Principal District & Sessions Judge or High Court/Supreme Court Registrar).
  • Mandatory Domicile Condition: Must be a legal Domicile of the UT of Ladakh under the Ladakh Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Rules.

Application Fee

  • General / OBC / EWS Male Candidates: ₹25/- (Rupees Twenty-Five only)
  • SC / ST / PwBD / Female Candidates (All Categories):NIL (Exempted)
  • Mode of Payment: Online via SBI Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/RuPay), or UPI.

Selection Process

The recruitment process involves:

  1. Shortlisting: Based on essential/desirable qualifications, higher educational achievements, relevant experience, or a Recruitment Test (RT) if the volume of applications is high.
  2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview carrying 100 marks.
    • Minimum Qualifying Marks in Interview:
      • UR / EWS: 50 Marks
      • OBC: 45 Marks
      • SC / ST / PwBD: 40 Marks

2.Complete One Time Registration (OTR):

If you are a new user, register on the OTR platform by providing your basic personal, contact, and educational details. Existing users can log in directly using their credentials.

3.Select Advertisement No. 11/2026:

Choose the desired post you wish to apply for under Advt No. 11/2026 and fill out the detailed online application form.

4.Upload Required Documents:

Upload scanned copies of required certificates including Age Proof, Educational Qualifications, Bar Registration/Experience Certificates, Category/Domicile Certificates (where applicable), Signature, and Photograph.

5.Pay Application Fee & Submit:
