Post Details, Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
1. Relationship Manager (RM)
- Cadre / Rank: Manager / Assistant Manager
- Age Limit (as on 31/08/2026): Maximum 35 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks in any discipline from a recognized university under the regular stream.
- Experience Required:
- Manager Rank: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing/processing loans, MSME loans, or retail loans in banking.
- Assistant Manager Rank: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in loans, MSME, or retail banking.
2. Senior Relationship Manager (SRM)
- Cadre / Rank: Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President (AVP)
- Age Limit (as on 31/08/2026):28 to 38 years(Age relaxation may be granted in deserving cases).
- Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate degree under regular curriculum from a recognized university.
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or processing loans/MSME loans, out of which at least 3 years must be as a Relationship Manager.
Note: Applicants must not have any pending vigilance cases or adverse observations from the RBI or statutory authorities.

Remuneration
- Relationship Manager: Pay scale applicable to the Assistant Manager or Manager cadre.
- Senior Relationship Manager: Remuneration structure applicable to regular Senior Manager or Assistant Vice President officers.
Selection Procedure
