Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- All Cadres: Must possess Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree from a recognized university under a regular curriculum.
2. Work Experience Requirements
- Manager Rank (Branch Head):
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in banking.
- Experience must be in the cadre of Assistant Manager or above.
- Senior Manager Rank (Branch Head):
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience.
- Must include at least 4 years in a managerial cadre (cadre of Manager).
- Assistant Vice President (AVP Rank – Branch Head):
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience.
- Must include at least 6 years in a managerial cadre (cadre of Manager) and 2 years in Senior Manager or equivalent cadre.
3. Age Limit (As on 31.08.2026)
- Minimum Age: 30 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Note: Age relaxation may be considered for exceptionally deserving candidates at the bank’s discretion.
