Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications
- Zonal Head / Regional Head / RM–Team Lead / VP Wealth / AVP Wealth: Graduation from a recognized University/Institution. MBA/PGDBM or professional certifications such as NISM, CFP, or CFA are highly preferred.
- Investment Specialist / Investment Officer: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, or Actuarial Science; OR CA / CFA qualifications.
2. Post-Qualification Work Experience (Mandatory)
- Zonal Head (Retail): Minimum 15 years in Wealth Management / Retail Banking / AMCs, including 5 years leading large teams.
- Regional Head: Minimum 12 years in relationship management in wealth management/banking/AMCs, with at least 5 years leading a team.
- Relationship Manager–Team Lead: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in relationship management within wealth management.
- Investment Specialist: Minimum 6 years of experience as an investment advisor/counsellor/product team member in Wealth Management/AMCs.
- Investment Officer: Minimum 4 years of experience as an investment advisor/counsellor in relevant financial firms.
- VP Wealth: Minimum 6 years of experience in sales and marketing with leading banks, wealth management firms, or AMCs.
- AVP Wealth: Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing in wealth management/banking OR 4 years of experience as an SBI Wealth CRE.
Selection Process
The selection process involves three main stages:
- Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability parameters set by the Bank’s committee.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview carrying 100 marks.
- CTC Negotiation & Merit List: Final selection is based on the merit list prepared using interview scores, followed by individual CTC negotiations.
