🎓 Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Dean (SBIL): MBA / PGDM / PGDBA (min 55% marks) or Ph.D./M.Phil. Plus 15 years post-qualification experience (min 3 years in leadership/dean/principal role in training/educational institute).
- Faculty (SBIL): Postgraduate in any discipline (min 55% marks, Ph.D./M.Phil preferred) Plus min 6 years teaching/training experience.
- Marketing Executive (SBIL): MBA in Marketing (min 55% marks) Plus min 5 years marketing experience (3 years in executive education/ed-tech/universities).
- Deputy Vice President (IT Risk): BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/M.Tech in CS/IT/Cybersecurity (min 50%) + CISSP/CRISC/CISM/CISA Plus min 12 years IT domain experience (6 years in IT risk/info security).
- Assistant Vice President (IT Risk): Same qualifications as DVP Plus min 9 years IT domain experience (5 years in IT risk/info security).
2. Age Limits (as on 31.08.2026)
- Dean, SBIL Kolkata: 40 – 55 Years
- Faculty, SBIL Kolkata: 35 – 55 Years
- Marketing Executive, SBIL Kolkata: 28 – 40 Years
- Deputy Vice President (IT Risk): 36 – 45 Years
- Assistant Vice President (IT Risk): 32 – 42 Years(Age relaxations applicable as per GOI guidelines for reserved categories.)
