- Engineer Posts (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Safety): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) in the respective discipline from a recognized University/Institute with relevant post-qualification experience in renewable energy or core engineering fields.
- Executive (RE-Human Resources): Relevant Post-Graduate Qualification / MBA in HR / MSW or equivalent degree with minimum required post-qualification experience.
- Executive (RE-Finance): Relevant professional degree/qualification in Finance (e.g., CA/CMA/MBA Finance) with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Executive (RE-CSR): Post-Graduate degree/diploma in Social Work, Rural Development, CSR, or relevant discipline with 3 years of experience.
- Executive (RE-Rajbhasha): Master’s degree in Hindi/English with relevant post-qualification experience in Hindi translation and official language implementation.
