Detailed Eligibility Criteria
1. Manager – Renewable Energy (RE) — 28 Posts
- Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Control & Instrumentation, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.
- Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in the Power Sector. At least 4 years of experience must be with Renewable Energy developers having $\ge$50 MW grid-connected Solar, Wind, or BESS projects in functions like Business Development, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, or Strategy.
2. Manager – Finance — 05 Posts
- Educational Qualification: Qualified CA or CMA (ICWA) from a recognized statutory institute in India.
- Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (excluding articleship) in Finance/Accounts. Candidates with knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Data Analytics, or prior experience in RE Developer companies will receive preference.
3. Manager – Land — 01 Post
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Rural Management, Rural Development, Resettlement & Rehabilitation, Community Development, Social Work (MSW), MBA, or Engineering Degree with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in land acquisition/aggregation/management. At least 4 years of experience must be specifically in land management for Renewable Energy developers with 50 MW capacity.
Experience Norms for Govt / PSU Candidates
Candidates currently working in a Government or PSU setting must have at least 2 years of experience in the IDA pay scale of ₹60,000–1,80,000 (E-3 Grade) or equivalent.
Age Limit & Relaxations (As of August 31, 2026)
