🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications

All educational qualifications must be full-time/regular degrees from recognized institutions. Distance, open learning, correspondence, or part-time degrees are not eligible.

1. Grade / Scale-I Posts

• Risk Officer: Full-time Postgraduate degree in MBA (Finance) / M.Sc or M.A. in Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics with minimum 60% marks. Relevant certification (IIBF/GARP-FRM/NIBM) is preferred. (1-year experience desirable).
• HR Officer: Full-time MBA with HR/Personnel Management/Labour Law with minimum 60% marks. (1-year experience desirable).
• IT Officer: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/IT/Data Science/ECE with minimum 60% marks. (1-year experience desirable).
• Data Scientist / Analyst: Full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, CS, or Statistics with minimum 60% aggregate. (1-year experience in handling databases desirable).
• Civil Engineer / Architect: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch with minimum 60% marks. (1-year project/construction experience desirable).

2. Grade / Scale-II Posts (Mandatory Minimum 3 Years Experience)

• Manager (Credit): MBA (Finance) with full-time graduation/post-graduation. CA/CMA/CFA preferred. Minimum 3 years of credit department experience in Banks/NBFCs/FIs.
• Manager (Law): Full-time LLB degree, enrolled with the Bar Council. Minimum 3 years as Law Officer in Banks/NBFCs/FIs.
• Manager (Risk): Full-time MBA (Finance) / Master’s in Math/Stats/Econometrics. Minimum 3 years experience as Risk Officer in Banks/NBFCs/FIs.
• Manager (CS): Associate Member of ICSI. Minimum 3 years experience as Company Secretary in Banks/NBFCs/FIs.
• Manager (Security Officer): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline + minimum 5 years as a commissioned officer in the Indian Armed Forces (Captain or above) or Paramilitary Forces (Deputy Commandant or above).

3. Grade / Scale-III Posts (Mandatory Minimum 5 Years Experience)

• Senior Manager (Credit): Graduate + PG in Finance / CA / CS / CFA. Minimum 5 years in handling credit portfolios in Banks/NBFCs.
• Senior Manager (Forex): Graduate + 2-year full-time MBA/PGDBM in Finance/International Business/Trade Finance. Minimum 5 years experience in currency markets and FEMA guidelines.
• Senior Manager (Treasury): Graduate + PG/MBA in Finance or Master’s in Statistics/Economics. Minimum 5 years experience in treasury operations/asset-liability management.

Indemnity Bond
