🎓 Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Requirements: Proficiency in the local language of the participating RRB and basic working knowledge of computers.
2. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference given to degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy.
- Requirements: Local language proficiency and basic computer knowledge.
3. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer – Manager)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Experience: 2 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
4. Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer – Manager)
- Qualification: Relevant degree in the chosen domain (IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, or Agriculture).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in the respective field.
5. Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
⏳ Age Limit (As per Rules)
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18 to 30 years
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21 to 32 years
