Civil
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
M&HS
MBBS from an MCI-recognized institute (minimum 3 years exp) OR PG Diploma with 3 years clinical exp. Valid MCI/State registration required.
Environment Management
B.E./B.Tech in Environment Engineering OR B.E./B.Tech with PG in Environmental Engineering/Science OR Post Graduate Degree in Environment Science.
Mineral Processing
B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Mineral & Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Engineering, or Mineral Processing.
Finance
Final Exam passed from ICAI (CA) or ICMAI (CMA).
Human Resources
MBA (HR / Personnel Management) OR PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management OR Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
Survey
Bachelor’s Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with a valid Surveyor Certificate of Competency OR M.Tech in Geomatics.

Selection Process
Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview based on their post-qualification relevant experience and additional higher qualifications. Shortlisting ratio will be 1:5 per vacancy.
Personal Interview: Selection is carried out based on 100% weightage given to the Personal Interview.(Note: HCL reserves the right to hold a written screening test if the number of applicants is high).
Document Verification & Medical Test: Final engagement is subject to successful verification of original documents during the interview and medical fitness standard compliance.
