Minimum Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Junior Officer Posts (FTO-1):
- Qualification: Full-time Graduate (in any discipline or B.Com as per post requirement). CS candidates applying for Secretarial roles are also eligible.
- Experience:Freshers are eligible to apply for all Junior Officer posts.
- Officer Posts (FTO-2):
- Qualification: Full-time Graduate in any discipline or Qualified Company Secretary.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Assistant Manager Posts (FTE-1):
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / CS / IT / Fire & Safety / Environmental) OR 2-year MBA / PG Diploma in Management OR B.Com (for Finance).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (4 years for B.Com graduates in Finance roles).
- Deputy Manager & Unit Head (FTE-2 & FTE-3):
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech (Leather Tech or relevant) OR MBA/PGDM OR Full-time Graduation.
- Experience: Minimum 4 to 9 years of relevant operational/industry experience.
Age Relaxation
Upper age relaxations apply as per Government of India guidelines:
- SC / ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years (13 years for OBC-NCL, 15 years for SC/ST)
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government Rules
- Maximum Age Limit: No candidate above 58 years shall be engaged under any category.
Salary Structure & Compensation
Remuneration is fixed-term contractual based, offering an attractive CTC:
- Unit Head (FTE-3): Up to ₹16.21 Lakhs/annum (Max Take-Home ~₹1,11,980/month)
- Deputy Manager (FTE-2): Up to ₹13.56 Lakhs/annum (Max Take-Home ~₹93,375/month)
- Assistant Manager (FTE-1): Up to ₹10.89 Lakhs/annum (Max Take-Home ~₹74,673/month)
- Officer (FTO-2): Up to ₹6.43 Lakhs/annum (Max Take-Home ~₹43,549/month)
- Junior Officer (FTO-1): Up to ₹4.73 Lakhs/annum (Max Take-Home ~₹31,887/month)
Selection Process
The selection method will depend on the number of applications received:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be screened based on qualifications, experience, and eligibility criteria.
