Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Manager (Civil / Electrical): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil or Electrical discipline.
- Manager / Junior Executive (Finance): MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / Cost Accountant / CA / CFA.
- Manager (IT): B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronics) or full-time MCA.
- Manager (Architecture): Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (registered with Council of Architecture).
- Manager / Junior Executive (Law): Professional Law Degree (eligible for enrolment with Bar Council of India).
- Manager (Fire Services): B.E. / B.Tech in Fire, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.
- Manager / Junior Executive (Operations): Graduate in Science with full-time MBA OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Manager (Commercial): Graduation with full-time MBA (Marketing) OR B.E. / B.Tech.
- Manager (CPM Services): Post Graduation in Mathematical Statistics / Operations Research / Statistics / Economics with Statistics.
- Manager (Corporate Communication): Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / Literature with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication.
- Junior Executive (Survey & Cartography): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR Master’s degree in Geography / Remote Sensing & GIS / Geoinformatics / Geomatics.
Age Limit (As of September 7, 2026)
- Manager Posts: Maximum 32 years
- Junior Executive Posts: Maximum 27 years
Upper Age Relaxation
- OBC Candidates: 3 years
- SC / ST Candidates: 5 years
- PwBD Candidates: 10 years (15 years for PwBD + SC/ST)
Selection Process
The selection for AAI Manager and Junior Executive recruitment consists of the following stages:
