🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
1. Educational Qualifications
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Master’s degree in relevant agricultural/engineering/science disciplines with NET qualification. (Note: NET is essential for candidates with 3 years of Bachelor’s degree, but not mandatory for candidates with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree or Ph.D.)
- Young Professional-II (YP-II): Master’s degree in Agriculture and Allied Sciences (preferably Economics, Agricultural Economics, or Social Sciences) OR M.Tech / M.E. in Soil & Water Conservation Engineering / Land & Water Management Engineering / Electronics / related disciplines OR Master in Environmental Management.
- Young Professional-I (YP-I): B.Sc. (Horticulture) or B.Sc. (Agriculture) from a recognized University or equivalent.
2. Age Limit
- Young Professional-I & II: 21 to 45 years
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Maximum 35 years for Men and 40 years for Women (Age relaxations applicable as per rules).
