Full-time B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from CIHM/SIHM/PIHM affiliated to NCHMCT/UGC/AICTE/Govt. of India. OR
BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) or MBA (Tourism and Hotel Management).
Tourism Monitor:
3-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism; OR
3-Year Bachelor’s Degree in any stream + 1-Year Diploma in Travel & Tourism; OR
3-Year Bachelor’s Degree + PG Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Tour Operation / Travel Agency.
2. Age Limit (As on 01.09.2026) & Experience Matrix
Hospitality Monitor:
Up to 28 Years: No prior experience required.
28 to 30 Years: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience required.
30 to 35 Years: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience required.
Tourism Monitor: Maximum 35 Years (UR/EWS).
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10 years for PwBD candidates as per Government rules.
Additional Allowances & Benefits
Daily Allowance (DA): ₹350 per day for on-duty travel on board trains.
Lodging Charges: ₹240 per night.
National Holiday Allowance (NHA): ₹384 per national holiday worked.
Medical Insurance: Coverage up to ₹800 per month premium equivalent.
Selection Process
Document Screening: Verification of age, qualifications, and experience certificates at the walk-in venue.
Personal Interview: Candidates meeting eligibility norms will appear before the interview board.
Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Selected candidates will undergo a medical fitness checkup.
