OAV Luhasila Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria & Salary

1. Warden

• Educational Qualification: B.A. / B.Sc. from a recognized university.

• Age Limit: 30 to 60 years as on the date of advertisement.

  Note: Retired teachers can apply up to the age of 62 years if physically and mentally sound.

• Experience: At least two years in hostel management.

• Gender: Only Male candidates.

• Remuneration: Rs. 21,175/- per month.

2. Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper

• Educational Qualification: Must have passed HSC (Matriculation) Examination from a recognized board.

• Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on the date of advertisement.

• Gender: Only Male candidates.

• Remuneration: Rs. 7,500/- per month.

3. Head Cook

• Age Limit: 30 to 40 years as on the date of advertisement.

• Skills: Must be conversant in using LPG, hygienic in cooking habits, and able to cook delicious food. Preference given to those trained in cookery.

• Gender: Only Male candidates.

• Remuneration: Rs. 9,000/- per month.

4. Assistant Cook

• Age Limit: 21 to 32 years as on the date of advertisement.

• Skills: Must be conversant in using LPG, hygienic, and able to cook dishes on time.

• Gender: Only Male candidates.

• Remuneration: Rs. 6,750/- per month.

Selection Process & General Rules

1. District Restriction: Candidates outside the Mayurbhanj district are not eligible.

2. Local Preference:

   • Preference is given to local candidates from the Block area (Bijatala).

   • If unavailable, candidates from adjacent blocks in Mayurbhanj will be considered.

3. Duration: The engagement is for one year, renewable based on satisfactory performance.
