- Deputy Vice President (DVP) & Assistant Vice President (AVP) Roles: Maximum 45 years
- Manager Cadre Roles: Maximum 32 years
- Assistant Manager Cadre Roles: Maximum 28 years
2. Educational Qualification & Experience Summary
- Head Analytics & AI (DVP): M.E/B.E/B.Tech (CS) or MCA with a minimum of 20 years total experience (including 5 years in banking domain advanced analytics).
- AVP Roles (Lead Systems / Data Scientist): M.E/B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Master’s in CS/IT/AI-ML/Statistics (PhD desirable for Data Scientist) with 10 years total experience (5 years in leadership).
- Manager Cadre Roles (Data Center, Sr. Software Engineers, Data Analyst): B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Master’s in relevant streams with at least 5 years of hands-on industry experience.
- Assistant Manager Cadre Roles (Administrators & Engineers): B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Master’s in relevant engineering or computer application branches with minimum 2 years of experience in the respective technical domain.
Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements
- Analytics & Data Science (AI/ML): Hands-on expertise in Python, R, SAS Viya, Spark/PySpark, predictive modeling, NLP, Vector Databases, and RAG systems.
- Software Engineering & Testing: Knowledge of Java (Spring Boot), .NET/C#, Python, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and automated testing frameworks.
- IT Infrastructure & Cloud: Expertise in Linux (RHEL), Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms, and data center management.
- Oracle Fusion & HCM: Specialized experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle HCM, Talent Management, OIC, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
Selection Process
