Eligibility Criteria & Key Terms
1. Warden (01 Post)
- Educational Qualification: B.A. / B.Sc. from a recognized university.
- Experience: At least 2 years in hostel management.
- Special Provision: Retired male teachers who are physically and mentally sound may apply up to 62 years of age as on the engagement date.
- Preference: Preference will be given to local candidates from the Beguniapada block area; candidates from other blocks of Ganjam district will be considered if local candidates are not available.
2. Chowkidar-cum-Sweeper (01 Post)
- Educational Qualification: High School Certificate (HSC) / Matriculation or equivalent.
- Preference: Local candidates from the school locality/block area receive priority.
3. Head Cook (01 Post) & Assistant Cook (02 Posts)
- Qualification: Practical cooking experience; higher educational qualification is no bar.
- Other Requirements: Candidates must be conversant/familiar with operating LPG systems.
- Preference: Given to local candidates from the immediate locality or block.
Required Documents (Self-Attested Photocopies)
Candidates must enclose the following documents with their application form:
- Three copies of recent passport-size colored photographs.
- Valid government identity card (Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, etc.).
- Matriculation/HSC Certificate & Mark Sheet.
- Intermediate (+2 / 12th) Certificate & Mark Sheet.
- Graduation (+3 / B.A. / B.Sc.) Certificate & Mark Sheet (for Warden post).
- Residential / Nativity Certificate issued by a competent authority.
- Valid age-proof certificate (for Head Cook and Assistant Cook).
- Experience certificates supporting eligibility.
- Equivalence certificate and mark-conversion formula for candidates who completed degrees outside Odisha.
