Vacancy Breakdown & Qualification Details

1. Executive Cadre (33 Vacancies)

• Age Limit: Up to 30, 32, or 35 years (depending on the post).
• Pay Scale & CTC:
  • Engineer / Officer: ₹40,000–1,40,000 (Approx. ₹14.60 LPA CTC)
  • Senior Engineer / Senior Officer: ₹45,000–1,50,000 (Approx. ₹16.40 LPA CTC)
  • Assistant Manager: ₹50,000–1,60,000 (Approx. ₹18.40 LPA CTC)

Discipline & Eligibility:

• Process Engineering / Offsite & Utilities (O&U) / Ammonia / Urea / Electrical / Mechanical: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) in relevant disciplines (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) with a minimum of 60% marks and relevant experience (2 to 4 years).
• IT (SAP Modules – FICO, MM, SD): B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science/IT with 60% marks and relevant SAP experience (4 to 7 years).
• Human Resources (HR): Full-time MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks and 2 to 4 years experience.
• Marketing: B.Sc (Agri) + M.Sc (Agri) or MBA/PGDBM in Agribusiness/Marketing with 60% marks and 2 to 4 years experience.

2. Fixed Term Contract – FTC Basis (02 Vacancies)

• Post: Medical (Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Officer)
• Age Limit: 35 to 47 years
• Pay Scale & CTC: ₹40,000–1,80,000 (Approx. ₹12.60 to ₹19.00 LPA CTC)
• Qualification: MBBS degree recognized by NMC/MCI with a certificate/diploma in Industrial Health and 5 to 9 years of experience.

3. Non-Executive Cadre (43 Vacancies)

• Post Name: Junior Engineer Assistant (II) – Grade 2
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
• Pay Scale & CTC: ₹25,000–86,400 (Approx. ₹8.40 LPA CTC)
• Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: 5 Years

Disciplines & Qualifications:

• O&U / Ammonia / Urea / Urea Plant Handling (UPH): 3-year full-time Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Instrumentation: 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Quality Assurance & Inspection (QA&I – Mechanical): 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on eligibility criteria, education, and relevant work experience.
2. Written Test / Skill Test / Interview:
   • Executive & FTC: Based on screening test, written test, Group Discussion (GD), and/or Personal Interview depending on application volume.
   • Non-Executive: Based on Skill Test / Trade Test / Written Test.
3. Document Verification & Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to document verification and medical fitness approval as per HURL standards.
