🎓 Educational Qualification & Eligibility
- Essential Qualification: Candidates must be, or have been, a District Judge, or must be/have been a member of the Indian Legal Service in Grade I or above.
- Re-appointment & Service Rules: Persons holding or who have held the post of Chairperson or Member of any Tribunal are eligible for re-appointment. Serving judges or government service members must resign or obtain voluntary retirement prior to joining.
💰 Pay Scale & Tenure
- Pay: As per the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 (as amended from time to time).
- Tenure: A term of 5 years or until attaining the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier.
