Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

  • Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist:
    • Bachelor’s Degree (+3 Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University.
    • Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
  • Junior Typist:
    • Graduation (+3) in any discipline.
    • Diploma in Computer Application (DCA).
    • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) in English.
  • Stenographer Grade-III:
    • Graduation (+3) in any discipline.
    • Diploma in Computer Application (DCA).
    • Minimum speed of 80 WPM in shorthand and 40 WPM in typing.
  • Salaried Amin:
    • Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
    • Relevant technical knowledge/training in Survey and Settlement.

2. Age Limit (As on 28/08/2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 42 years

Upper Age Relaxation:

  • OBC: 3 years
  • SC / ST / Women / Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
  • PwD: 10 years (up to 15 years for PwD + SC/ST)

Selection Process

Selection for all posts will be made through a multi-stage examination process:

  1. Written Examination
  2. Practical / Skill Test (Typewriting, Shorthand, or Technical Survey Test as applicable)
  3. Computer Science Test (Practical)
  4. Viva-Voce Test
  5. Document Verification (DV)

Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist

  • Part-I (Written Test): English (100 Marks, 2 hrs), Arithmetic (100 Marks, 1 hr), General Knowledge (100 Marks, 1 hr)
  • Part-II (Practical): Computer Science Test (100 Marks, 1 hr)
  • Part-III: Viva-Voce (45 Marks)

Junior Typist

  • Part-I: English Written Test (100 Marks, 2 hrs)
  • Part-II: Typewriting Test (50 Marks, 10 mins)
  • Part-III: Computer Practical Test (100 Marks, 1 hr)
  • Part-IV: Viva-Voce (35 Marks)

Stenographer Grade-III

  • Part-I: English Written Test (100 Marks, 2 hrs)
  • Part-II: Shorthand & Typing Test (50 Marks, 10 mins)
  • Part-III: Computer Practical Test (100 Marks, 1 hr)
  • Part-IV: Viva-Voce (35 Marks)

Salaried Amin

Required Documents to Attach

Candidates must attach self-attested photocopies of the following documents along with the application form:

  1. Educational certificates and marksheets (10th / +3 Graduation).
  2. Computer Qualification Certificate (DCA).
  3. Technical/Survey Training Certificate (for Salaried Amin).
  4. Valid Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  5. Two Character Certificates issued by Gazetted Officers.
  6. Three recent self-signed passport-size photographs.
  7. Valid ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card).
  8. Two self-addressed envelopes, each affixed with postage stamps of ₹30.
