Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Qualifications and experience vary by specific role:
1. Key High-Volume Roles
- Field Collection Officer (400 Posts): Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). 0 to 3 years experience in collections, recovery, or field operations. Must hold a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification, two-wheeler, and valid driving license.
- Digital Onboarding Specialist – Part-Time (400 Posts): Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). Freshers are encouraged to apply. Work timing is 6 hours per day (10:30 AM to 04:30 PM) assisting branch customers with mobile/internet banking and digital services.
- Aadhaar Operator – Part-Time (400 Posts): Minimum 12th Pass. Must possess an active NSEIT Certificate for UIDAI operations. Local language proficiency and basic computer/typing skills required.
- Sales Officer / ASM / RSM – Loans (350 Posts): Graduate degree required. 1 to 3+ years experience in loan sales (Home, Auto, Education, or Tractor loans).
- Apprentice / Tele-Collection Agent (250 Posts): Any Graduate or Undergraduate. Freshers to candidates with up to 5 years experience in outbound calling/collections. DRA certification required for collection agents.
2. Specialized & Executive Roles
- IT / Desktop Support Analyst: Graduation with 3+ years in IT Infrastructure. Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
- Trade Finance / CASA / MIS Executive: Relevant Graduate/Postgraduate degree (B.Com, Finance, Commerce) with 1 to 3+ years in banking operations or contact center operations.
- Procurement Manager: Graduation (MBA in Finance/Operations/Supply Chain preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in procurement and e-tendering.
