Vacancy Details (Complex-wise)
BEML is engaging apprentices across four major manufacturing complexes. The total slots are distributed as follows:
- Bangalore Complex: 400 Slots
- Mysore Complex: 227 Slots
- KGF Complex: 608 Slots
- Palakkad Complex: 111 Slots
Note: The number of training slots is provisional and may vary based on the company’s requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 17 years of age.
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate (Technical): 4-year full-time Engineering Degree in relevant branches (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, CS, Electronics, etc.).
- Graduate (General): 3-year full-time Graduation (B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA).
- Diploma: 3-year full-time Diploma in relevant Engineering disciplines.
- ITI: Full-time ITI certificate in relevant trades (Fitter, Welder, Electrician, COPA, Machinist, etc.).
- Eligibility Conditions:
- Candidates must have passed their final examination within three years from the closing date of application.
- Qualifications must be regular/full-time. Part-time, correspondence, or distance learning modes are not eligible.
- Candidates who have previously undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization are not eligible.
Selection Process
There is no written examination or interview for this recruitment. Selection will be based on the merit of the marks obtained in the qualifying degree/diploma/ITI examination, subject to reservation norms as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.
