Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Requirements
Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Foreman (Chemical/Civil/Instrumentation): Diploma in Engineering in the respective discipline with at least 55% marks.
- Junior Superintendent (HR): Bachelor’s Degree with a Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations with minimum 50% marks in each, plus proficiency in personal computer operations.
- Operator (Chemical) / Trainee: B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (minimum 50% marks) OR B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry (minimum 50% marks).
- Technician (Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical) / Trainee: Matriculation plus ITI Tradesmanship / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the relevant trade.
- Accounts Assistant Trainee: B.Com. with minimum 50% marks, proficiency in computer operations, and a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm in English on computers.
Age Limit (as on 09.10.2026)
- Foreman & Jr. Superintendent (S-5): Upper Age Limit – 32 Years
- Operator & Technician Posts (S-3): Upper Age Limit – 30 Years
- Trainee Posts (PwBD): Upper Age Limit – 30 Years
(Age relaxations are applicable for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government rules.)
Pay Scale & Allowances
Selected candidates are entitled to initial basic pay along with allowances per company rules:
- S-5 Grade (Foreman / Jr. Superintendent): ₹28,500 – ₹86,570/-
- S-3 Grade (Operator / Technician): ₹25,000 – ₹81,430/-
- S-3 Trainee Posts: Fixed Stipend of ₹21,000/- per month during the training period.
Benefits: Basic Pay + Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), Perquisites @ 35% of basic pay, North-East allowance (@10% if posted in NE region), HRA, CMER, Medical Facilities, and DCPS Pension Scheme.
