🎓 Educational Qualification Criteria

• Superintendent: Post Graduate degree in Social Work / Sociology / Child Development / Human Rights / Public Administration / Psychology / Psychiatry / Law / Public Health from a recognized University with at least 3 years of experience and computer proficiency.
• Counsellor: Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Public Health / Counselling OR PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication with 1 year of experience.
• Probation Officer / Case Worker: Graduate preferably in Social Work / Sociology / Social Sciences or LLB with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Paramedical Staff: Compounder / Pharmacist having Diploma in Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, or Unani recognized by the Government.
• Store Keeper-cum-Accountant: Post Graduate preferably in Commerce or MBA (Finance).
• House Father / House Mother: Graduate in Science / Arts (Home Science, Psychology, or Sociology graduates preferred).
• Educator: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Arts from a recognized University.
• Art & Craft cum Music Teacher: Bachelor or Diploma in Visual Art or Music from a recognized University.
• PT Instructor cum Yoga Trainer: B.P.Ed from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Cook / Helper cum Night Watchman / House Keeper: Under Matric pass (8th to 10th standard).
