Manager, Dy. Manager, Asst. Manager, & Medical Officer Posts: 45 Years
Overman: 35 to 40 Years

2. Educational Qualification & Experience
Addl. General Manager (Finance): Associate/Fellow member of ICAI/ICWAI with a minimum of 19 years of post-qualification work experience in a manufacturing setup or PSU.
Manager (Finance): Associate/Fellow member of ICAI/ICWAI with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification work experience.
Manager / Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with a First/Second Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal) under CMR issued by DGMS, along with relevant opencast coal mine experience and Minex software expertise.
Dy. Manager (Geology): M.Tech/M.Sc. in Geology/Applied Geology/Geo-Exploration with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in large-scale open cast mines.
Dy. Manager (Environment): BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Environmental Engineering/Science with 7 years of relevant experience in environmental clearance compliance.
Medical Officer (MBBS): Full-time MBBS degree from a recognized institution with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification hospital experience.
Overman: Diploma in Mining with Overman’s Certificate of Competency and practical working experience in coal mines.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be selected strictly based on a Personal Interview.
Eligible candidates attending the interview will be reimbursed for to-and-fro travel expenses (train/bus fare) as per company policy.
