Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Engineering Posts: Regular/Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E. / B.Tech) in the relevant branch (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, etc.) from a recognized university/institute.
• Specialized Posts: Post-graduate degrees (e.g., M.Sc. in Environmental Science/Chemistry/Botany) or specialized diplomas/certifications (e.g., Industrial Safety, NDT Level-2) as required by the specific post code.

2. Work Experience

• Candidates must possess relevant post-qualification full-time professional experience ranging from 1 to 16 years depending on the post grade (Junior, Assistant, Deputy, or Additional Engineer).
• Training periods as Management/Executive Trainees in PSUs count toward experience, but internships, academic projects, or teaching experience are excluded.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their qualifications, length of relevant post-qualification experience, and suitability for project requirements.
2. Interview / Selection Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview or Selection Test (as applicable for the respective post code).
