Minimum Eligibility Criteria
Qualification & Post-Qualification Experience
- Senior Operations Manager (Mental Health): Graduation in Science with MBA in Marketing/Operations + 6 years of experience in operations management for mental health/healthcare/wellness sectors.
- AGM (Mental Health / Lifepath): Science Graduate with MBA in Marketing/Operations + 12 years of relevant experience.
- AGM (Allied Healthcare): Science Graduate with MBA in Marketing + 18 years of relevant experience.
- AGM (Consumer Goods): MBA/PGDM in Marketing + 18 years in FMCG/consumer healthcare/OTC products.
- Manager (Legal): Full-time LL.B. Degree from a recognized university + 8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal affairs and contract drafting.
- DGM (IT): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering + 12 years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, SAP/ERP, and cybersecurity.
- DVP (Secretarial): ACS (Associate Company Secretary) qualification + 15 years in company secretarial functions and corporate governance.
- AVP (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering + 18 years of experience in project management and civil construction.
- AVP (Finance) / Vice President & CFO: CA / CMA qualified + 18 to 20 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, budgeting, taxation, and treasury management.
